DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER

The sooner you get your new THIS IS BY TITO order the better. That’s why we aim to dispatch your online order the next business day. There can be delays on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received. All THIS IS BY TITO orders are picked, packed, and dispatched from Sydney. Please note, our orders are closed on weekends and NSW public holidays and will be shipped on the following business day.

As our warehouse is based in Sydney, we are experiencing delays dispatching your order, as we navigate the COVID-19 restrictions. After order confirmation, your next update will be from Australia Post when your order is on the way.

All orders are dispatched using Australia Post and require a signature on delivery. If you are not present at the time of delivery, a card will be left at the delivery address. Present this card with a photo ID to collect your parcel from the post office.

The nomination of a business address as your delivery address opens signature authority to any person at that business address. We strongly advise against this. If your order is shipped to and signed for, on your behalf, at a business address, THIS IS BY TITO will not accept responsibility for any parcel that is lost or damaged.

CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Customs and Import duties may apply to orders for delivery outside of Australia and are levied by the destination country. The customer as the recipient of any order shipped outside of Australia will be liable for all import duties, customers, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
